How about Eric Carr’s design suggestion for the Elder stage which ultimately became the Creatures of the Night stage. Yes Eric Carr! Or how about the fact that when KISS were budgeting for the Elder tour in early 1982 they included $2000 a week for a lead guitarist! Ace Frehley was out of KISS in early 1982, before the recording of Killers or Creatures.
